Hello!

If you like Mappie, Please make a donation! =) Mappie is kinda shareware. Almost all of it's free, but anything that can help is greatly appreciated!

Whoops! There was a slight oops on the server that prevented the head-page from showing up properly! So the old page saying 1.4 was showing on the cover. Sorry about that!

Mappie 1.57 is now available for download. The Mappie installer in 1.57 has undergone a major overhaul, switching from the outdated Install Shield (Version 2) to NSIS. As such, the new installer is a web-install. This simplifies the installer by only downloading the files it needs to install. An average download should be around 300k, where before it was a couple megs reguardless. If the system requirements are not met (VC runtime), it will download and install them. :) For registered users, this also means NOT having to download the 2nd patch to get the program running. Just enter the email and it will download the correct version and install it.

Also, HANDI systems has been aquired by R&M Systems, so there will be some changes around here! Have Fun!

As many have noticed, the server suffered a major hardware boo-boo... All the web hosting was destroyed (along with many other things.) Somehow, the ability to download the app itself was left intact. I'm working to fix everything! It's hard with classes in session and all.
As you can see, basic services are restored, but the forums are not working yet. Not at all sure why, they should be.

Well, I have to ask. Now to move on to your questions... What is Mappie? People ask. Mappie is a program written to customize map files used in the online game Everquest (Copyright Sony).
Two primary problems with downloaded maps are A: The maps are ugly! and B: The maps waste a lot of space! Mappie is written to help with these problems

Mappie is slowly evolving into a map editor and updater. While there are tons of full-scale editors for maps out there, I haven't seen too many that edit Everquest files outside of the internal editor.. While Mappie doesn't hope to compete with these, I am hoping it's a viable option. :)

LDON stats update posted to downloads. This new version has a timer built in (Same 1 minute thing in-game uses) and an "Another" button to increment the finished count, but otherwise remains totally the same. Screenshot showing here
